Your satisfaction is our priority. Here is how returns and refunds work at Nova Pet.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@novapet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, damaged by misuse, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no return required.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. Then contact us at support@novapet.com.
