Nova Pet is a pet accessories store operating under US law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We accept Shopify Payments and PayPal. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or weather are outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Contact support@novapet.com to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability

Nova Pet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
